U.S. Congressman Pat Tiberi (R-OH) today issued the following statement regarding the Supreme Court's ruling on the Obamacare Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate:

"Today's Supreme Court decision is a victory for religious freedom. American business owners shouldn't have to decide between their constitutionally-protected religious beliefs and punitive monetary penalties because of a government mandate. I will continue working to find a better health care solution than Obamacare -- one that keeps the government out of personal health care decisions and actually lowers the cost of health care."
